About Us

Inpress manufactures own brand and subcontract polymer products for the medical, health and industrial markets, which  require technically refined moulding and assembly methods. Our capabilities include:

Our wholly owned product range includes:
SHARPAKTM;  the UK’s leading range of sharps bins for infectious waste management www.sharpaks.com
JerryPak; a leading range of jerry cans for the camping and leisure market
DropPak;  a comprehensive range of dropper plugs for precision liquid delivery
WetPak;  an industry standard wet wipe container and lid
 
Our subcontract manufacturing capabilities focus on the delivery of bespoke printed enclosures, specialist moulded containers and precision components for medical and industrial usage.

We provide a comprehensive manufacturing service; from initial design through tooling, production and delivery including:

• In-house design and engineering consultancy
• Production management expertise
• Blow mouldings from 5ml to 80 litres
• Injection mouldings from 22 to 350 tonnes
• Materials include HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PC, PET, PP, PA and glass-filled nylon
• Specialist engineering and high temperature resistant materials
• In-house tooling plus China tooling capability
• Bespoke secondary operations including precision machining, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, assembly and packaging
• Testing and certification
  
• Direct delivery to client
